
cook some pasta. lightly cook some garlic in olive oil. toss the pasta and garlic with feta cheese and more olive oil. Add some red pepper flakes, a dash of lemon, herbs or greens, as you prefer. Yum... Enjoy.

That looks delightful! Feta is one of my favorite cheeses.
And it only takes about 10 minutes to make! We usually have just enough left over that I get to eat it again the next day, cold, as shown in the photo. =) it’s my summer fav.
